O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to act upon the complaint/representation made by the petitioner on 11.08.2020 and to conduct an enquiry and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the private respondents had crated a fradulent document and the same was also registered. The petitioner submitted a complaint before the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry in line with the circular issued by the Inspector General of Registration dated 8.11.2017 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
31.7.2018. Since the same was not acted upon, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.K. Selvaraj appearing for petitioner and Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Spl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to act upon the representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 11.08.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and the Circulars issued by the Inspector General of Registration and pass final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 1st respondent shall issue notice to respondents 2 to 5 before proceeding further with the enquiry and passing final orders and the first respondent shall afford sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 5 at the time of enquiry. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the 1st respondent along with a copy of the representation/complaint dated 11.08.2020 and all the other relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
