ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, seeks the custody.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, placing reliance upon the report filed by the 1st respondent/Deputy Commissioner of Police, Ambattur, submitted that this is the third time elopement of the detenueminor with the named person. The case has been registered in FIR.Nos.642/2002 and 529/2020 of Thirumullaivoyal Police Station under Section 366 IPC read with 6 of POCSO Act. is during the pendency of the above said case. Now the victim girl has been secured and she is under the custody of the Child Welfare Committee, Thiruvallur. The accused has also been remanded to judicial custody.
3. In such view of the matter, the petition stands closed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
