The present criminal original petition has been filed to quash the Crime No.13/2015 for alleged offence under Sections 420, 467, 471 r/w 120(b) IPC. The said crime number was registered on the complaint of S.R.Prabhuraja.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. In my considered opinion, the scope of quashing the FIR is very narrow and the matter is still under investigation. Therefore, the present petition is pre-mature at this stage, hence the petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
