This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4794 of in Crl.O.P.No.4626 of 2023 on 05.04.2023.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4794 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4626 of 2023 on 05.04.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P.No.4794 of in Crl.O.P.No.4626 of 2023 on 05.04.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner will himself be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
