ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to pay the arrears of annual increment and other benefits in pursuance of the order dated 17.10.2020, vide proceedings No.69088/C3/2010 of the first respondent.

2. Though this Writ Petition is filed for issuing a positive direction to the third respondent, the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2021 within a time stipulated by this Court.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer that is now sought for before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case projected by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
