(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer of the petitioner is that respondent nos.1 to 3 be directed to consider his representation dated 02.04.2018 in relation to encroachment by respondent no.5 in Maruthi Enclave, Mangadu Village, Alandur Taluk, Vasanthapuram Area in Kanchipuram District in accordance with law.

2.Learned Government Pleader (I/c.) states that respondent no.3, Tahsildar, Alandur, Chennai, is the appropriate authority to consider the representation and respondent no.3 will dispose of the representation within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order in this petition. In case, respondent no.3, Tahsildar, Alandur, comes to the conclusion that jurisdiction does not vest in him, respondent no.3 will forward the representation to the appropriate authority for taking appropriate action.
