Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, F2-Egmore Police Station, Chennai-8, to register a case on the complaint given by him to the 2nd respondent herein on 05.06.2014.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.06.2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondents-Police submitted that the petitioner has already given a complaint against his sons and daughter and a case has been registered in Crime No.91/2014, on the file of Elavanaasoorkottai Police Station, Villupuram District for the offences under Sections https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

147, 447 and 427 IPC. Thereafter the petitioner has given another complaint dated 05.06.2014, which was enquired into and found to be false and hence, no action was taken.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondents for obtaining copy of the closure report for taking further action in the manner known to law.
