Personnel who are working in the Police Station to do only such activities pertaining to Law and Order and the Crime Branch Police CB CID Department Police Personnel not to be deputed for the VIP arrival / festival time protection work and restrict work span hours to 8 hours per day.

ORDER

(Made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that writ petitions with the prayer similar to the one made in the present writ petition, have been filed earlier before this Court and the same are pending before a learned single Judge and since he was not aware of the same, he has filed the present writ petition. Stating so, he sought permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to pursue the matter before the learned single Judge along with those writ petitions. An endorsement has also been made to that effect.
