This application has been filed to raise the prohibitory order dated 28.08.2019 in A.No.4534 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that since the dispute between the parties was settled amicably and hence, requests this Court to allow this application.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
