O R D E R

Mr. D. Venkatachalam, learned Government Advocate (Co-op) takes notice for the respondents and he submitted that in the election held on 02.02.2015, Mr. S. Ramalingam was elected as the President of the Society. The learned counsel further submitted that in view of the election of the said person as President, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. I am convinced that since in the election held on 02.02.2015, new President has been elected, the present relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondents shall serve the copy of the order to the petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.
