Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order of the first respondent vide Na.Ka.No.31208/W5/E2/2015 dated 04.08.2016, signed on 30.08.2016 and quash the same and directing the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as P.G.Assistant (Tamil) w.e.f 1.4.2015, with all consequential monetary benefits, based on the proposal of the fourth respondent-School dated 01.04.2015.
