This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to survey the petitioners properties in Survey Nos. 14/3A and 14/4A at Periyakiilambadi Village, Tiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District comprised measuring to an extent of 1 Acre 74 cents on the basis of Challan no. 20231010011520 dated 10.10.2023 and also by considering the petitioners representation dated 10.10.2023.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.10.2023 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first 2/4
respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
