ORDER
Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "for being mentioned".
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to typographical error, at paragraph Nos.4 & 6 of the order dated 17.04.2025, it has been wrongly mentioned as "100%" instead of "25%" and hence, he requests this Court to rectify the same.
3. Considering the above submission, the paragraph Nos.4 & 6 of the aforesaid order shall be https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
read as follows:
"4. The learned Government Advocate (T) for the respondents 1 and 2 fairly submitted that since it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that 25% of the disputed tax has already been recovered from the petitioner's account, subject to the verification of the said statement, the prayer sought for by the petitioner may be considered.

6. Thus, once the order is passed in violation of principles of natural justice, this Court cannot impose any condition requiring the petitioner to make any deposit, however, considering the fact that 25% of the disputed tax has already been recovered from the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders/directions:- "
4. With regard to the remaining portion of the order, there is no need for any modification.
5. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in terms of the Order and issue a fresh order copy.
