direct the respondents to measure the property in Survey No.139/1, Sengunam Village, Polur Taluk and issue separate patta in favour of him.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner and his brother purchased the property in Survey No.139/1, situate at Sengunam Village, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District to an extent of 40 cents by means of registered sale deed in the year 1994. Thereafter, he has made an application to measure the property and fix the boundary and also to issue separate patta before the respondents. But, so far, the petitioner's application was not considered and no order has been passed in it. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought in the Writ Petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the petitioner's application and to pass suitable orders on merits in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
