ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the Petitioner to deposit 10% compensation amount in Crl M.P. No. 1 of 2025 in C.A.No.810 of 2025 against S.T.C. No.3351 of 2023 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-IV, George Town, Chennai.

2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and taking into account the copy of demand draft produced for a sum of Rs.60,000/-, this Court is inclined to extend the time for complying with the direction issued by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl M.P. No. 1 of 2025 in C.A. No.810 of 2025 against S.T.C. No.3351 of 2023 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-IV, George Town, Chennai. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands ordered. The time for complying with the order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2025, is hereby extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
