C.M.P.No.12071 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.58875 of 2023 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 58 days in preferring the above C.M.A.SR. against the judgment and decree dated 06.08.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.2630 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, VI Small Causes Court, Chennai.
2. Notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition.
3. Mr.J.Chandran,learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and he fairly submits that he has no objection to the delay of 58 days being condoned.
4. In view of the submission made, the delay of 58 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered.
