2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28589 of 2024 dated 18.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every day at 06.30 p.m., for the period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
