O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.10700 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10700 of 2020 on 17.07.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10700 of 2020 on 17.07.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
