This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to permit the petitioner to implead the petitioner/proposed respondent-2, as 2nd respondent in the Crl.A. No.614/2022.

2. Mr. R. Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate, appearing on on behalf of the respondent, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the present petition is allowed.
