ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the judgment and order passed in E.P.No.15 of 2022 in O.S.No.206 of 2017

on the file of the Hon'ble Subordinate Court, Coonoor.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would contend that the measurements and boundaries stated in the suit schedule property was not properly decided by the Trial Court. The petitioner/judgment Debtor ought to have raised the aforesaid claim in the execution proceedings. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Trial Court in the execution proceedings in E.P.No.15 of 2022 dated 30.01.2023. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
