This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the dismissal order dated 19.04.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.840 of 2021 in M.C.No.59 of 2019 on the file of the VI Additional Family Judge at Chennai.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the main case in M.C.No.59 of 2019 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai was disposed of on merits on 12.09.2022 itself. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Revision Case.

3. In the light of the abovesaid position, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
