The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to proceed against the 3rd respondent for the offence of harboring of 4th respondent and restraining the police from arresting the 4th respondent and to conduct a search in the house of the 3rd respondent and arrest the 4th respondent in connection with Crime No.148 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
