Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. With the consent of either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus directing the respondents to receive the petitioners application in Form CCPA dated 24.04.2015 and the prescribed fees from the petitioner for the grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is in transportation business for more than five years and he chose to run Auto Rickshaw to eke his livelihood and hence, filed application in Form CCPA dated 24.04.2015 along with the prescribed fees for grant of Auto Rickshaw Permit and prayed for appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders. But without any reasons the respondents refused to receive the same. Hence, he seeks appropriate direction. 4.This Court, in the light of the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents to receive the application, consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
