ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court vide order dated 20.11.2020 had already granted interim bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,00/- to the name of the child and the petitioner has deposited a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- and the petitioner undertakes to deposit the balance amount as early as possible. Hence, the Registry is directed to post the matter for reporting compliance on 24.03.2021.
2. On 24.03.2021 when the matter taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time to deposit and the matter is adjourned to 09.04.2021. Even on 09.04.2021, the petitioner has not deposited the said amount hence this Court directed the petitioner to deposit the balance amount on or before 23.04.2021.
3. Today i.e on 23.04.2021, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they have not deposited the balance amount and sought further time to deposit the amount.

This Court is of the view that already sufficient time is granted to the petitioner he has not complied with the order passed this Court, this bail application is dismissed and the interim protection granted by this Court is vacated. -sd/- 28/04/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
