(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner constructed beyond the sanction limit and her endeavour to seek regularisation of the same has not succeeded before the first respondent / the appellate authority, the reason being that it is in excess of FSI norms. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.In view of the aforesaid facts, we do not see how regularisation can be made of the excess construction made in violation of plan.

3.Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2014 also stands dismissed.
