Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to fix the pay for the Assistant Engineers, Assistant Executive Engineers and Executive Engineers of the Public Works Department in the Tamil Nadu Revised Pay Rules 2017 at appropriate level in the Pay Matrix therein corresponding to the pay scales as ordered by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.312 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 26.08.2010 which the members of the petitioner are drawing pursuant to the judgment of this Court dated 27.02.2014 passed in W.A.No.810 of 2012 and batch of cases with consequential arrears of pay within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.
