O R D E R

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order dated 04.04.2018 in unnumbered I.A. of 2018 in S.R.No.2330 of 2018 in C.P.No.606 of 2014 by the first Additional Labour Court, Chennai.

2. The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule (1) of C.P.C. No appeal is entertainable under Order 43 Rule (1) of C.P.C against the order passed by the Labour Court. Thus, the petitioner has to approach the appropriate forum for the purpose of redressal of their grievances. In view of the fact that the appeal itself is not entertainable, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application before the Forum concerned and in the event of filing an appeal, the Forum concerned is at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condone the delay by taking note of the fact that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is pending before this Court from 13.04.2018.

3. With this liberty, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
