Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to declare the result of the successful candidate for the post of Office Assistant at Thesur Town Panchayat on the basis of the interview conducted on 29.07.2016. 2. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the results in the requirement for the post of Office Assistant at Thesur Town Panchayat, has already been declared and that suitable candidate has also been appointed on 20.03.2017.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government counsel, no effective orders can be passed in the prayer sought for declaration of the results. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
