This petition has filed seeking direction to withdraw the case in Crime NO. 45/19 pending on the file of the 1st respondent and transfer the same to the file of the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is seen that the case has been registered only March 2019 in Crime No.45 of 2019. There is no ground attract to transfer the investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent by any other agency.

4.In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition is devoid of merits and hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
