Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to fix the petitioner's seniority on par with the petitioner's batch mates in the year 2012-2013 based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021 which is submitted in person and 11.06.2021 submitted through registered post with ack.due and in the light of the proceedings passed by the 1st respondent in C.No.3362/Rect1(2)/2016 dated 11.11.2016 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 2. This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to fix the petitioner's seniority on par with the petitioner's batch mates in the year 2012-2013 based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2021 & 11.06.2021.

3. Though the prayer in this writ petition is to issue a positive direction to the first respondent, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 19.04.2021 and 11.06.2021, within a time stipulated by this Court.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer that is now sought before this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations or the case pleaded before this Court, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.04.2021 and 11.06.2021, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
