ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.121 of 2015 dated 31.01.2024, on the file of I Additional Labour Court, Chennai. The I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 are filed by the petitioner herein to reopen, recall and summon certain documents before the Labour court. By way of common impugned orders dated 31.01.2024, the Labour Court has dismissed all the I.As. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that, this Court had earlier dismissed the Writ Petition No.12055 of 2024 on 30.04.2024, which is also filed for the similar relief to quash the order of dismissal of three interlocutory applications to re-open the petitioner's side evidence, recalling of witnesses and to call for certain documents. 3. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on an earlier occasion also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, thereby, this matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal".
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents that main industrial dispute in I.D.No.121 of 2015 was dismissed by I Additional Labour Court, Chennai on 31.01.2024. Once I.D.No.121 of 2015 has already been disposed of, the writ petition filed challenging the orders passed in I.A.Nos.6, 7 and 8 of 2023 in I.D.No.121 of 2015 has becomes infructuous. Perhaps, since I.D.No.121 of 2015 was disposed of, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
5. In view of the above, the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMP is closed. 01.08.2024 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order jas Page No. 3 of 4
