Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7247 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 306 of IPC and Section 4(B)(2) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.149 of 2021, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
