Respondent PRAYER Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the impugned order of cancellation passed by the respondent in e.f.vz¦. 384/m4/2018, dated 11.05.2018 and quash the same and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to continue as Correspondent till the final order is passed.

O R D E R

There is a dispute whether the petitioner is representing the School or whether Mr.T.A.Balachandran, is in management of the Noble Nursery and Primary School, No.15, Venkataramanair Street, Kodithope, Chennai 600 079.

2.The petitioner's status has become challengeable, in view of the order passed by the District Educational Officer, dated 11.05.2018, which according to the petitioner has been passed without notice to him. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the said order.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the Government stated that the rival claimants to the position will have to approach the Chief Educational Officer who has to pass necessary orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of and both the petitioner and Mr.T.A.Balachandran, are directed to approach the Chief Educational Officer to resolve their dispute in respect of the management of the said school. It is hoped that the Chief Educational officer would dispose of the representation given, at the earliest point of time, after giving necessary opportunity to the both sides, keeping in mind the fact that the academic year is to commence during June 2018. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
