This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 27.12.2024, wherein and whereby, the petitioners sought to remove the entries made in Encumbrance Certificate with regard to Survey Nos.760/1 and 760/2 situated at Karmandi Sellipalayam Village, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District as well as the Document Nos.10085/2022, 10086/2022 and 10087/2022, all dated 26.12.2022.

2. On a reading of affidavit in support of this writ petition, it is seen that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and hence, the petitioners are not entitled to the relief as sought for in this writ petition. However, it is open to the writ petitioners to workout his remedy in the Pg.Nos.2/4

manner known to law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
