ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.250 of 2019 for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 441 and 506 (i) of IPC on the file of the respondent police.

2. This Court has already granted an anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.13604 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019. However, the said condition has not been complied with. Hence, the second anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Once, this court has granted bail , the second bail cannot be granted. However, I am inclined to grant two weeks time for complying the condition imposed in the earlier anticipatory bail order in Crl.OP.No.13604 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

However, one of the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.13604 of 2019 dated 23.05.2019 that the the petitioner shall appear before (*)E-8, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kanchipuram District is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the E-9, Thazhambur Police Station, Kancheepuram District. -sd/- 17/08/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
