This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, to number the private complaint bearing e-Filing Number AHC20230001272C202400006 within a time limit that may be fixed by this Court and consequently, direct the learned Principal Sessions Judge to take cognizance over the same.

2. The difficulty in receiving the private complaint against sitting M.L.A, due to some technical lapse in e-filing, now been sorted out through I.T Registar, High Court, Madras.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the complaint been presented before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.
