ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 09.05.2021 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 302 altered to 120 (B), 302 of I.P.C of I.P.C in Crime No.2678 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that as per the the Iruppan, Village Administrative Officer, who is the VAO of Pollur Region is that a dead body of a women with an injury on her head was found in the lake. On investigation it was found that the petitioner along with other accused strangled the neck of the petitioner and committed the murder of the deceased. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was only present at the scene of occurrence and a false case has been registered against the accused. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the petitioner strangled the neck of the petitioner and committed the murder of the deceased. Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner. He further submits that the Court below had dismissed the petition with regard to co-accused . Hence he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
