ORDER

Heard Mrs. Sugirdha Selvaraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Babu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondent Slum Clearance Board to consider and pass orders on the proposal made in his representation dated 05.7.2013. In the said representation, the petitioner seeks for permission to put up bunk stall with Bricks and Asbestos sheet by modifying the conditions imposed by the respondent Board stating that it should be only a Wooden Bunk Stall.

3. Since the representation is pending, without going into the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.7.2013 and pass orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
