CMP Nos.10778, 10788 & 10790 of 2021 in SA.No.877 of 2009 CMP Nos.10778, 10788 & 10790 of 2021 in SA.No.877 of 2009 P.T.ASHA, J The above applications have been filed (i) to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 4 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd appellant and array them as appellants 3 to 4 in the above appeal, (ii) to condone the delay of 1019 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement causded due to the death of the 2nd appellant and (iii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant in the above second appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents no objection to these applications being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the applications and accordingly, these applications are ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter for arguments on 04.08.2021.
