ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to cancel a patta No.596 and 597 on the file of the second respondent issued in favour of third and fourth respondents respectively pursuant to the petitioner representation dated 28.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.N.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and there is no representation on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.

3. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent for cancellation of patta issued in favour of the third and fourth respondents herein and it is pending for these long years without even issuing patta.

4. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 herein and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
