Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Second Respondent to consider the representation dated 20.12.2018 of the Petitioner to cancel the recording of the Fourth Respondent's name as the cultivating tenant in respect of the lands comprised in Sy. No.240/1 of an extent of 6.67 Acres and Sy. No.235/1 of an extent of 28 cents at Kuttapatti Vilalge, Majura Madanaickenpatti Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents, on instructions, states that the representation dated 20.12.2018 made by the Petitioner has been disposed by order No. Na. Ka. 72/2019-A dated 05.08.2019 passed by the Second Respondent and he has produced a copy of the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner made an endorsement acknowledging its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. If the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to her to work out her remedy for necessary relief before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law.
