This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 116 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is represented that the first respondent, who is the owner of the vehicle, remains ex-parte before the Tribunal.

4. Ms.R.Sreevidya, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that she has no objection for allowing this petition.

5. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
