J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for parties state that the parties have come to an agreed arrangement for interim custody of the minor boy, Yuvan Rajkrishna, aged about 9 years and 10 months, for the first half of the holidays from 01.04.2015 to 02.05.2015. The child is in Trichy and thus, this interim custody will be given to the father / appellant for the said period of time.

2.Learned counsel for the appellant states that the appeals are directed against the interim arrangement and have become infructuous and thus, the appeals and all pending miscellaneous petitions be disposed of in terms of the agreed interim arrangement for the summer vacation.

3.Appeals are, accordingly, disposed of, by consent of parties, in the aforesaid terms. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.3 of 2014 and 1 of 2015 stand closed.
