ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the order dated 27.03.2023 made in Criminal M.P.No.1274 of 2023 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID, Chennai Court as "After release on bail the petitioner/accused is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- or shall deposit original title deed for the value of Rs.1,00,00,000/-along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned within the period of 30 days from the date of his release.

2. After hearing the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the learned counsel for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for modification of condition.
