The applications are filed to condone the delay of 390 days in filing the appeals.

2. Heard Mr.Thriyambak J.Kannan, learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in fact, the delay is only of 43 days. After the judgment was delivered by the learned Single Judge in the writ petitions, the applicant had filed review applications and it took some time to decide the review applications and if the period is counted from the order under review, the delay would not be of more than 43 days.

4. We have heard Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

5. It appears that the delay caused is unintentional one and due to the reason that the applicant was prosecuting the review applications. The reasons are spelt out.
