O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10179 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10179 of 2020 on 07.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10179 of 2020 on 07.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
