2. We have heard Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents.

3. The prayer in the writ petition is to construct the road, i.e., Kottapathi to Kottanur as per the order of the first respondent dated 26.12.2017 under Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader for the first to third respondents submits that the said road was laid on 04.07.2018.

5. In the light of that, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, as such disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.26532 of 2018 is closed. (S.V.G., CJ.) (P.D.A., J.) 18.08.2023 Index : yes/no : Yes/No Maya To:
