O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Station once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.No.7719 of 2020 dated 20.05.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7719 of 2020 on 20.05.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7719 of 2020 on 20.05.2020 is relaxed and modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
