Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 05.05.2020 and reminder representation dated 18.08.2020 and disburse the amount of Rs.98,09,362/- (Rupees Ninety eight lakhs nine thousand and three hundred and sixty two only) which is due before the fourth respondent within the time frame fixed by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking disbursal of amount which is due from the fourth respondent for the work done by the petitioner. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.
The fourth respondent issued tender notification dated 26.11.2019, thereby called for tender for eleven different works under the
Tamil Nadu Urban Road Infrastructure Project 2018-2019 under package system with total worth of Rs.1,80,05,525/-. The petitioner had participated in the tender and he was a successful bidder. Accordingly, the petitioner was issued with work order and after completion of work, the petitioner was paid the part of the amount. However, there is a due to the tune of Rs.98,09,365/-. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation and the same was not considered as such, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with the above said prayer. 4.
In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to disburse the balance amount for the work done by the petitioner as per the work order, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disbursed. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
