Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to direct the first and second respondents to issue appropriate orders under Section 10(1) and 10B of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, in respect of the representations of the petitioner union dated 20.02.2023 and 19.04.2023 and the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner union before the Assessment Commissioner of Labour, Krishnagiri relating to its charter of demands dated 09.03.2022 within a stipulated time frame and protect the employment of the members of the petitioner union whose names are mentioned in the Annexure filed herewith in the factory of the fifth respondent company in Pochampalli Taluk. ORDER
The above Writ Petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- " to direct the first and second respondents to issue appropriate orders under Section 10(1) and 10B of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947, in respect of the representations of the petitioner union dated 20.02.2023 and 19.04.2023 and the industrial dispute raised by the petitioner union before the Assessment Commissioner of Labour, Krishnagiri relating to its charter of demands dated 09.03.2022 within a stipulated time frame and protect the employment of the members of the petitioner union whose names are mentioned in the Annexure filed herewith in the factory of the fifth respondent company in Pochampalli Taluk."

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records.

Considering the fact that a reference has already been made, W.P.No.13903 of 2023 questioning the non-reference has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.
